PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Tenaga Boleh Baharu 2011 [Akta 725], Menteri menetapkan—

(a)

1 Disember 2011 sebagai tarikh Akta itu, kecuali seksyen 17 dan 18, mula berkuat kuasa di seluruh Malaysia kecuali bagi Negeri Sarawak; dan

(b)

31 Disember 2012 sebagai tarikh seksyen 17 dan 18 Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa di seluruh Malaysia kecuali bagi Negeri Sarawak.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister appoints—

(a)

1 December 2011 as the date on which the Act, except sections 17 and 18, comes into operation throughout Malaysia except for the State of

Sarawak; and

(b)

31 December 2012 as the date on which sections 17 and 18 of the Act come into operation throughout Malaysia except for the State of Sarawak.
