Akta (Larangan) Kumpulan Wang Kutu 1971 [Akta 28] dipinda dalam seksyen 3—

(a)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “lima ribu” dengan perkataan “lima ratus ribu”; dan

dengan menggantikan perkataan “tiga” dengan perkataan

“sepuluh”.
