Measures) (Amendment) Act 2014.
Amendment of section 6
The Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 [Act 747], which is referred to as the “principal Act” in this Act, is amended in section 6 of the national language text—
in subsection (2), by substituting for paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
“(a) menghendaki pemberi perkhidmatan komunikasi untuk memintas dan menyimpan komunikasi tertentu atau komunikasi daripada perihalan tertentu yang diterima atau dihantar, atau yang akan diterima atau dihantar oleh pemberi perkhidmatan komunikasi itu; atau”; and laws of malaysia

in subsection (7), by deleting the word “komunikasi”
appearing after the word “telegraf,”.
Amendment of section 30
Section 30 of the principal Act is amended in the national language text, by substituting for subsection (3) the following subsection:
“(3) Apabila Pendakwa Raya memfailkan suatu notis rayuan terhadap pembebasan itu, Pendakwa Raya boleh memohon kepada mahkamah perbicaraan bagi mendapatkan suatu perintah untuk memenjarakan tertuduh yang direman dalam jagaan polis itu sementara menunggu beresnya rayuan itu.”.
Substitution of First Schedule
The principal Act is amended by substituting for the First
Schedule the following Schedule:
