This Act may be cited as the Armed Forces (Amendment)
Act 2015.
(2)
This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Preamble
- An Act to amend the Armed Forces Act 1972. [ ] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title and commencement
Section 2
Subsection 185(1) of the Armed Forces Act 1972 [Act 77] is amended—
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a);
ARMED FORCES (AMENDMENT) ACT 2015

(b)
by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:
“(aa) a debt due to the Public Sector Home Financing
Board established under the Public Sector
Home Financing Board Act 2015 [Act 767]
in respect of a public sector home financing facility granted by the Board; or”; and
