Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Banci 1960 [Akta 16], Yang di-Pertuan Agong mengarahkan supaya suatu banci penduduk dan perumahan dibuat di seluruh Malaysia antara 1 Jun 2020 hingga 31 Disember 2020. Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Banci 2. Bagi maksud menyelia pembancian itu, Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin, Ketua Perangkawan Malaysia, menjadi Pesuruhjaya Banci berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2019. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Census Act 1960 [Act 16], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong directs that a population and housing census be taken throughout Malaysia between 1 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. Appointment of Census Commissioner 2. For the purpose of supervising the taking of the census, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohd Uzir Mahidin, the Chief Statistician of Malaysia, to be the Commissioner of Census with effect from 1 April 2019.
