Section 1

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Yang di-Pertua Negara by section 2 of the Delegation of Powers

Enactment, 1963, the Yang di-Pertua Negara has delegated to the Minister for Finance the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties conferred or imposed upon him by the provisions of the laws set out in the Schedule hereto.
