Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(2) of the Legal Profession Act 1976 [Act 166], the Legal Profession Qualifying Board makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Bahasa Malaysia Qualifying Examination (Qualified Persons) Fees (Amendment) Rules 2021. Amendment of rule 2 2. The Bahasa Malaysia Qualifying Examination (Qualified Persons) Fees Rules 1984 [P.U. (A) 375/84], which in these Rules are referred to as the “principal Rules”, are amended in rule 2 by substituting for the words “one hundred and fifty ringgit” the words “three hundred and fifty ringgit”. Amendment of rule 3 3. Rule 3 of the principal Rules is amended by substituting for the words “one hundred ringgit” the words “one hundred and fifty ringgit”.
