Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1967 [Act 360], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2020.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Amendment of rule 248 2.

The Insolvency Rules 2017 [P.U. (A) 305/2017] are amended in rule 248

by deleting subrule (2).
