- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 88(1)(q) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Menteri Kerja Raya, membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama

Kaedah-Kaedah Isyarat Lalu Lintas (Saiz, Warna dan Jenis) 1959 [L.N. 167/1959]
dipinda dalam Jadual—
(i)
dalam isyarat lalu lintas No. 13X, dengan menggantikan perkataan
“MATERIAL: High intensity prismatic retroreflective sheeting”
dengan perkataan “MATERIAL: Wide angle prismatic”;
(A)
dengan menggantikan jadual dalam butiran “DIMENSIONS”
dengan jadual yang berikut:

traffic on the road on which this sign is posted may turn left at the signalized junction notwithstanding a red signal or other traffic sign indicating a place where traffic must stop;
and
(b)
before turning to the left, the traffic must give way to the pedestrian or traffic from the other road connecting it.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 88(1)(q) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Works, makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type) (Amendment) Rules 2013. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type) Rules 1959 [L.N. 167/1959] are amended in the Schedule—
(i)
in the traffic sign No. 13X, by substituting for the words
“MATERIAL: High intensity prismatic retroreflective sheeting” the words “MATERIAL: Wide angle prismatic”;
(A)
by substituting for table in the item of “DIMENSIONS” the following table:
