Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 127 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Drivers)
(Amendment) Rules 2012.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 26 March 2012.
Deletion of rule 8 2.
The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Drivers) Rules 1965 [L.N. 158/1965] are amended by deleting rule 8.
