PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 66 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut: Nama

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Kenderaan Motor

(Lesen Memandu) (Pindaan) 2013.

Kaedah-Kaedah Kenderaan Motor (Lesen Memandu) 1992 [P.U. (A) 409/1992], yang disebut “Kaedah-Kaedah ibu” dalam Kaedah-Kaedah ini, dipinda dalam subkaedah 5(4)—

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation 1. These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licence) (Amendment) Rules 2013. Amendment of rule 5 2. The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licence) Rules 1992 [P.U. (A) 409/1992], which are referred to as the “principal Rules” in these Rules, are amended in subrule 5(4)—

(a)

by substituting for item ‘A “INVALID CARRIAGE” ’ and the particulars relating to it the following item:
