Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Registration and
Licensing) (Amendment) Rules 2012.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 26 March 2012.
Deletion of rule 11 2.
The Motor Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Rules 1959 [L.N. 173/1959] are amended by deleting rule 11.
