Kaedah-kaedah ini boleh dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Kenderaan Motor

(Pendaftaran dan Pelesenan) (Pindaan Jadual Keempat) 2024.

(AMENDMENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) 2024

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 66(1)(r) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Registration and

Licensing) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Rules 2024.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 1 July 2024.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.

The Motor Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Rules 1959 [L.N. 173/1959]

are amended in the Fourth Schedule

(a)

in Part I – WEST MALAYSIA, by substituting for item 9 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
