KAEDAH-KAEDAH KENDERAAN MOTOR (PENGECUALIAN) (NO. 4) 2021

Menteri mengecualikan orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual daripada pemakaian peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual hendaklah memohon untuk memperbaharui lesen kenderaan motornya, lesen memandunya atau lesen vokasionalnya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, sebelum 31 Disember 2021.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

MOTOR VEHICLES (EXEMPTION) (NO. 4) RULES 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 66(1)(x) and 127(1)(b) of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Exemption) (No. 4)

Rules 2021.

(2)

These Rules have effect for the period from 6 September 2021

to 31 December 2021.

Exemption

2.

The Minister exempts persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule from the application of the provisions specified in column (2) subject to the condition that the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall apply to renew his motor vehicle licence, driving licence or vocational licence, as the case may be, before 31 December 2021.
