Seksyen 7A
Withdrawal or admission (O. 17, r. 7A)
Where before the hearing of an originating summons or a notice of application under this Order—
(a)
the claimant files a notice that he withdraws his claim and at the same time gives notice of withdrawal to the execution creditor; or
(b)
the execution creditor files an admission of the title of the claimant and at the same time gives notice of the admission to the claimant,

the property seized or the proceeds of sale thereof or any money paid into Court in the interpleader proceedings shall be dealt with as if the claim had not been made or as if the execution had been withdrawn, and the Court may make such order as to costs, fees, charges and expenses as may be just.
