Subkaedah 89(2) Kaedah-Kaedah ibu dipinda—
(a)
dengan memotong perkataan “to these Rules and eight copies thereof”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “shall deliver the same or send the same by registered post to the Registry of the Court of Appeal, and a copy sent to the Registry and another to the Public Prosecutor” dengan perkataan
“shall file the same to the Registry of the Court of Appeal, and a copy sent to the Public Prosecutor”.
