Kaedah-Kaedah Motosikal (Topi Keledar) 1973 [P.U. (A) 43/1973] dipinda dengan menggantikan subkaedah 3(1) dengan subkaedah yang berikut:

“(1) Tiap-tiap topi keledar hendaklah menepati spesifikasi MS 1 Specification for Protective Helmets for Vehicle Users atau United Nations Economic

Commission for Europe Regulation No. 22 Uniform Provisions Concerning the

Approval of Protective Helmets and their Visors for Driver and Passengers of

Motorcycles and Mopeds.”.
