Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1957 [L.N. 282/1957] bagi maksud seksyen 5 dan 5A Akta dikurangkan kepada lima puluh ringgit sebagai bayaran fi sekaligus bagi tempoh lima tahun.

REGISTRATION OF BUSINESSES (REDUCTION OF FEES FOR NEW REGISTRATION AND

RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION) RULES 2012

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 16(2)(j) of the Registration of Businesses Act 1965 [Act 197], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Registration of Businesses (Reduction of

Fees for New Registration and Renewal of Registration) Rules 2012.

(2)

These Rules have effect from 1 June 2012 to 31 December 2012.

Reduction of fees for new registration and renewal of businesses 2.

The fees prescribed under rule 19 and the Second Schedule of the Registration of

Businesses Rules 1957 [L.N. 282/1957] for the purposes of sections 5 and 5A of the Act is reduced to fifty ringgit as a one-off payment fee for the period of five years.
