Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Pengangkutan

Jalan (Fi dan Caj bagi Mendirikan Struktur bagi Papan Iklan di Jalan

Persekutuan) (Pindaan) (No. 2) 2016.

Kaedah-Kaedah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Disember 2016.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 85A(3) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Road Transport (Fee and Charge for

Erecting

Structures for

Billboard on

Federal

Road)

(Amendment)

(No. 2) Rules 2016.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 1 December 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Road Transport (Fee and Charge for Erecting Structures for Billboard on

Federal Road) Rules 2010 [P.U. (A) 405/2010], which are referred to as the “principal

Rules” in these Rules, are amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 8 the following item:

Amendment of Second Schedule 3.

The principal Rules are amended in the Second Schedule by inserting after item 8

the following item:
