ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

ROAD TRANSPORT (EXEMPTION) RULES 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 66(1)(x) and 127(1)(b) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These rules may be cited as the Road Transport (Exemption)

Rules 2023.

(2)

These Rules come into operation on 29 March 2023.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule from the application of the provisions specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
