FEDERAL TERRITORY (PLANNING) (FEE FOR PURCHASE OF
STRUCTURE PLAN) RULES 2023
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 and paragraph 64(2)(j) of the
Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory (Planning)
(Fee for Purchase of Structure Plan) Rules 2023.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 23 November 2023.
Fee 2.
The fee for the purchase of a copy of the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040
shall be as specified in the Schedule.
