FEDERAL TERRITORY (PLANNING) (FEE FOR PURCHASE OF LOCAL PLAN
(ALTERATION 3) (PART I)) RULES 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 64(2)(j)
of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory (Planning)
(Fee for Purchase of Local Plan (Alteration 3) (Part I)) Rules 2021.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 10 May 2021.
Fee 2.
The fee for the purchase of a copy of the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020
(Alteration 3) (Part I) shall be as specified in the Schedule.
