Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 64(2)(b) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory (Planning)
(Classes of Use of Land and Buildings) (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur)
(Amendment) Rules 2020.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 4 January 2021.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Federal Territory (Planning) (Classes of Use of Land and Buildings)
(Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Rules 2018 [P.U. (A) 276/2018] are amended in the Schedule in relation to item 10 in column (1)—
(a)
in column (3), by inserting the words “Class A3” above the words
“Class A4”; and
(b)
in column (4), by deleting the words “Class A3”.
