FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR LAND (AMENDMENT) RULES 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], the Minister makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
Land (Amendment) Rules 2024.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 1 March 2024.
Amendment of rule 29 2.
The Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Land Rules 1995 [P.U. (A) 26/1995]
are amended in rule 29 by substituting for item (v) and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
