PEMBETULAN
DALAM Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574] yang dicetak semula dalam tahun 2018
dan mengandungi segala pindaan hingga 1 Oktober 2018—
(b)
dalam seksyen 300, dalam tajuk “ILLUSTRATIONS” yang kedua, dalam perenggan (e), gantikan perkataan “in as much” dengan perkataan
“inasmuch”; dan
(i)
potong perkataan “and shall also be liable to fine”;
(ii)
dalam tajuk “ILLUSTRATIONS” yang pertama—
dalam perenggan (b), gantikan perkataan “point” dengan perkataan “points”; dan dalam First Exception, potong perkataan “and shall also be liable to fine”;
(i)

CORRIGENDUM
IN the Penal Code [Act 574] reprinted in the year 2018 and incorporating all amendments up to 1 October 2018—
(a)
in section 89, in the heading of “ILLUSTRATION”, substitute for the words
“in as much” the word “inasmuch”;
(b)
in section 300, in the second heading of
“ILLUSTRATIONS”, in paragraph (e), substitute for the words “in as much” the word
“inasmuch”; and
(i)
delete the words “and shall also be liable to fine”;
(ii)
in the first heading of “ILLUSTRATIONS”—
in paragraph (b), substitute for the word “point” the word
“points”; and in First Exception, delete the words “and shall also be liable to fine”;
(i)
substitute for the words “in as much” the word
“inasmuch”; and
