SUBORDINATE COURTS ACT 1948
SEAL OF THE SUBORDINATE COURTS IN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Subordinate Courts Act 1948
[Act 92], the Chief Judge of the High Court in Malaya prescribes that the seal to be used in the Sessions Court and Magistrates’ Courts in Peninsular Malaysia may be in the form of rubber stamp, embossed stamp or electronically-generated stamp as specified in the
Schedule with effect from 1 March 2011.
Revocation 2.
The Notification published in L.N. 191/1958 on 17 June 1958 is revoked with effect from 1 March 2011.
