BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 300/1962 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Selangor pada 24 Mei 1962, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Raja dalam Majlis oleh subseksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah [N.M.B. Bab 138] dan diwakilkan kepadanya, Menteri Besar Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang terletak di dalam bandar Kuala Lumpur, yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas pelan ukur hasil No. 24,104, yang disimpan di pejabat Ketua Juruukur, Selangor, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud suatu tapak pasar dan hentian sebelah untuk bas, yang disenggarakan oleh Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 8 Disember 2021 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 300/1962 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 24 May 1962, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Ruler in Council by subsection 24(i) of the Land Code [F.M.S. Cap. 138] and delegated to him, the Chief Minister of Selangor has proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the town of Kuala Lumpur, described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. 24,104, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Selangor, to be a reserve for the purpose of a site for a market and lay-by for buses, to be maintained by the

Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2) of the

National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land

Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the

Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the

Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 2nd Floor,

Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.

on 8 December 2021 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
