Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, selepas berunding dengan Ketua Pengarah bagi
Pengangkutan Jalan, bercadang untuk membuat suatu perintah di bawah seksyen 70

[Akta 333], bagi maksud meminda
Perintah Pengangkutan Jalan (Kenderaan Bergerak Perlahan) (Larangan ke atas
Penggunaan Jalan) (Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur) 1994 [P.U. (A) 400/1994] seperti yang berikut:
dalam perenggan 2, dalam takrif “kenderaan bergerak perlahan”, dengan menggantikan perkataan “tangki minyak atau air, lori balak, lori yang berat dengan muatannya melebihi tiga tan, traktor, treler, jengkaut pengalih tanah, jentolak dan kereta lembu” dengan perkataan
“motokar berat, traktor berat, traktor ringan, jentera bergerak berat, jentera bergerak ringan dan treler, sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen 5(1) Akta; dan
dalam Jadual Kedua, berhubung dengan jalan-jalan yang baginya larangan terpakai pada waktu-waktu yang dinyatakan pada waktu pagi dan petang, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 29 butiran yang berikut:
“30.
Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim”.
Bantahan-bantahan terhadap cadangan itu, jika ada, hendaklah dihantar secara bertulis kepada Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur pada atau sebelum 22 Januari 2018
di Jabatan Kejuruteraan Awam dan Pengangkutan Bandar, Dewan Bandaraya
Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 17, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 70
The Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the
Director General for Road Transport, proposes to make an order under section 70 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], for the purposes of amending the
Road Transport (Slow Moving Vehicles) (Prohibition on Use of Road) (City of
Kuala Lumpur) Order 1994 [P.U. (A) 400/1994] as follows:
in paragraph 2, in the definition of “slow moving vehicle”, by substituting for the words “oil or water tanker, timber lorry, lorry the laden weight of which exceeds three tones, tractor, trailer, earth moving excavator, bulldozer and bullock cart” the words “motor cars heavy, tractors heavy, tractors light, mobile machinery heavy, mobile machinery light and trailers, as specified in subsection 5(1) of the Act”; and
in the Second Schedule, in relation to the roads to which the prohibition applies during the hours specified in the morning and afternoon, by inserting after item 29 the following item:
“30.
Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim”.
Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur on or before 22 January 2018 at the Civil Engineering and
Urban Transportation Department, Kuala Lumpur City Hall, 17th Floor, Menara DBKL 1,
Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.
