AKTA PENGANGKUTAN JALAN 1987
NOTIS DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 70
Menteri Kerja Raya bercadang membuat suatu perintah di bawah seksyen 70
Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], yang kesannya akan melarang pemanduan kenderaan di atas bahagian jalan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam peta dalam Jadual Kedua, melainkan di atas jalan arah yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama, bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama.
Bantahan terhadap cadangan itu, jika ada, mestilah dihantar secara bertulis kepada Pengarah, Cawangan Senggara Fasiliti Jalan, Ibu Pejabat Jabatan Kerja Raya
Malaysia, Tingkat 2 Blok D (Lama), Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, 50582 Kuala Lumpur atau melalui e-mel ke besut@jkr.gov.my, pada atau sebelum 25 Jun 2020.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 70
The Minister of Works proposes to make an order under section 70 of the
Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of vehicles on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than on the routes specified in column (2)
of the First Schedule, for the period specified in column (3) of the First Schedule.
Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the
Director, Road Facilities Maintenance Branch, Public Works Department Malaysia
Headquarters, Level 2 Block D (Old), Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, 50582 Kuala Lumpur or by e-mel to besut@jkr.gov.my, on or before 25 June 2020.
