- BAHAWASANYA kenderaan motor yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual telah ditahan di Cawangan Trafik dan Tugas-Tugas Khas, Jabatan Penguatkuasaan, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur di bawah subseksyen 64(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], pada tarikh sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual; DAN BAHAWASANYA notis secara bertulis tentang penahanan itu telah diberikan kepada pemunya kenderaan motor itu; DAN BAHAWASANYA kenderaan motor itu tidak dituntut oleh pemunyanya walaupun tiga bulan telah berlalu semenjak tarikh penahanan itu; MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(4) Akta dan subseksyen 47(3) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan (Pindaan) 2011 [Akta A1391], Datuk Bandar memberikan notis bahawa, apabila habis tempoh satu bulan dari tarikh notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta, kenderaan motor itu akan dijual dengan cara lelong awam atau selainnya dilupuskan, melainkan jika sebelum pelupusan itu kenderaan motor itu dituntut oleh pemunyanya. Preamble
- WHEREAS the motor vehicles specified in the Schedule have been detained at the Traffic and Special Task Branch, Department of Enforcement, City Hall of Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur under subsection 64(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], on the dates as specified in the Schedule; AND WHEREAS notice in writing of the detention has been given to the owners of the motor vehicles; P.U. (B) 285 3 AND WHEREAS the motor vehicles have not been claimed by their owners although three months have lapsed since the date of such detention; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(4) of the Act and subsection 47(3) of the Road Transport (Amendment) Act 2011 [Act A1391], the Datuk Bandar gives notice that, upon the expiry of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, the motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or otherwise disposed of, unless before such disposal the motor vehicles are claimed by the owners.
