ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 70(2)

The Minister of Works proposes to make an order under subsection 70(2) of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of vehicles on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule as shown on the map in the Second Schedule otherwise than on the routes specified in column (2)

of the First Schedule for the period specified in column (3) of the First Schedule.

Objection to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing by or before 22 July 2015 to the Roads Facilities Maintenance Division, Blok D (Lama), Ibu Pejabat

JKR Malaysia, Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, 50582 Kuala Lumpur.
