PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Natrah binti Othman (No. KP. 670701-07-5260), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 6, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang pada 6 Mei 2011 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering and

Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Natrah binti

Othman (NRIC. No. 670701-07-5260), to attend before the High Court 6, Georgetown, Pulau

Pinang on 6 May 2011 at 8.30 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
