PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Skyhook Electronic Sdn. Bhd. (No. Pendaftaran Syarikat: 519292-H), Oh Chee Wee (No. KP. 770304-01-5991) dan Chai Hock Chai (No. KP. 750930-01-6125), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Kuala Lumpur pada 15 November 2013 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
