Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Wong Sen Chiew (No. KP. 560503-01-5737), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 6, Shah Alam pada 15 April 2013 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the charge against Wong Sen Chiew (NRIC. No. 560503-01-5737), to attend before the Sessions Court 6, Shah Alam on 15 April 2013 at 8.30 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
