PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Lee Poh Wah (No. KP. 700721-10-5521), Man Mei Mei (No. KP. 750306-14-5062) dan Win Win Fruits Store (No. Pendaftaran Perniagaan: 001750110-P) supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Shah Alam pada 4 April 2013 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the

Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Lee Poh Wah (NRIC. No. 700721-10-5521), Man Mei Mei

(NRIC. No. 750306-14-5062) and Win Win Fruits Store (Business Registration

No: 001750110-P) to attend before the High Court 2, Shah Alam on 4 April 2013 at 8.30 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
