Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Victory Connection (No. Perniagaan: LA0006390-P), Ng Yah @ Tan Min An (No. KP. 560206-12-5315) dan Tan Chee Ping (No. KP. 731126-12-5335), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Labuan pada 5 Mei 2014 jam 8.30 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Victory Connection (Business Registration No.: LA0006390-P),

Ng Yah @ Tan Min An (NRIC. No. 560206-12-5315) and Tan Chee Ping

(NRIC. No. 731126-12-5335), to attend before the High Court 1, Labuan on 5 May 2014

at 8.30 a.m to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
