PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Worldwide Far East Bhd. (No. Syarikat: 927191-P), Noor Ismahanum binti Mohd Ismail (No. KP. 810915-08-5896) dan Mohamad Ismahanif bin Mohd Ismail (No. KP. 880209-08-6895), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 3, Kota Kinabalu pada 30 Januari 2015 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
