Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan terhadap Sarafizah binti Abdul Rahim (No. KP. 770726-09-5012), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 1, Kangar pada 12 Ogos 2015 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], a notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge against Sarafizah binti Abdul Rahim (NRIC. No. 770726-09-5012), to attend before Sessions Court 1, Kangar on 12 August 2015 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
