Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Tan Poh Shem (No. KP. 861115-23-5665), Phang Chee Haw (No. KP. 820719-01-5785), Foo Kwai Seng (No. KP. 830118-04-5179), Chai Huey Yuh (No. KP. 721023-01-5468), Tan Tong Sing (No. KP. 810412-01-5271), Hiew Lian Foong (No. KP. 650716-10-7052) dan Chua Chong Chin (No. KP. 871115-01-5071), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Johor Bahru pada 27 Oktober 2016 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
