Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Rapli bin Chulo (No. KP. 521113-13-5037), dan Intan Surayati binti Rapli (No. KP. 920709-13-6514), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Kuala Terengganu pada 21 November 2017 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
