PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], suatu notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Lim Chan Weng (No. KP. 830929-07-5099), Tan Sok Khuan (No. KP. 750531-07-5232), Yong Han Keong (No. KP. 820722-07-5247), Lim Meng Hwang (No. KP. 951108-07-5471), Saw Liap See (No. KP. 650101-07-6317), Cheah Chyi Shen (No. KP. 850828-07-5127), Muhazir bin Nuriman (No. Pasport: A7144246), Cheah Soon Tat (No. KP. 740910-07-5655), Lim Phoon Giap (No. KP. 970422-07-5553) dan Hew Boon Seng (No. KP. 780609-07-5679), supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Pulau Pinang pada 19 Januari 2017 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.
