Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Lawrence Theophilus Sim, Tai Kay Hou Enterprise, Gan Kok Teng, Kiong Kang Wei, Tan Choon Yong, Tee Sia Er dan Han Wee Leong supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 2, Johor Bahru pada 12 November 2018 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], a notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against Lawrence Theophilus Sim, Tai Kay Hou Enterprise, Gan Kok Teng, Kiong Kang Wei, Tan Choon Yong, Tee Sia Er and Han Wee Leong to attend before the High Court 2, Johor Bahru on 12 November 2018 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
