PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan mengenai harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) dan 61(2) Akta terhadap Mohd Fadzli bin Mohd Derus (No. KP. 841111-09-5185) dan Gulam bin Aman (No. KP. 640317-71-5991) supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 3, Shah Alam pada 27 Februari 2018 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsections 56(1) and 61(2) of the Act against

Mohd Fadzli bin Mohd Derus (IC. No. 841111-09-5185) and Gulam bin Aman

(IC. No. 640317-71-5991) to attend before the High Court 3, Shah Alam on 27 February 2018 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
