Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613] dibaca bersama seksyen 55, notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan di bawah perenggan 4(1)(a) terhadap Loh Kong Wong supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen 2, Kangar pada 29 Oktober 2019 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
