PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613] dibaca bersama seksyen 28L, notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan di bawah subseksyen 28B(1) terhadap Anusorn Sae-Wong supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah, Kangar pada 26 Ogos 2021 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613] read together with section 28L, notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge under subsection 28B(1) against Anusorn Sae-Wong to attend before

Criminal High Court, Kangar on 26 August 2021 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
