PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], dibaca bersama seksyen 55, notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan di bawah perenggan 4(1)(b) terhadap Rosyizwan bin Jali supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen Jenayah 2, Kota Bharu pada 6 Oktober 2021 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], read together with section 55, notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the charge under paragraph 4(1)(b) against Rosyizwan bin Jali to attend before the Criminal Sessions Court 2, Kota Bharu on 6 October 2021 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
