PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], dibaca bersama subseksyen 28L(2), notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan di bawah seksyen 28C terhadap Ezemwenghian Efosa supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah 2, Shah Alam pada 13 Januari 2022 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613] read together with subsection 28L(2), notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the charge under section 28C against Ezemwenghian Efosa to attend before

Criminal High Court 2, Shah Alam on 13 January 2022 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
