PERHATIAN bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subperenggan 7(b)(ii) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002

[P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengemas kini Daftar Pemilih Induk bagi Tahun 2015 yang diperakui dan diwartakan pada 9 Mac 2016 [P.U.

(B)

97/2016] dan dikemas kini sehingga 10 April 2016 dan diwartakan pada 15 April 2016

[P.U. (B) 150/2016] untuk diguna pakai dalam pilihan raya umum Dewan Undangan

Negeri Sarawak dan dikemas kini sehingga 6 Mei 2016 dan diwartakan pada 13 Mei 2016

[P.U. (B) 217/2016] untuk diguna pakai dalam pilihan raya kecil P. 093 Sungai Besar dalam Negeri Selangor dengan Notis Mengenai Daerah Mengundi dan Pusat Mengundi bagi Bahagian-Bahagian Pilihan Raya Persekutuan dan Negeri bagi Negeri-Negeri Tanah

Melayu yang diwartakan pada 29 April 2016 [P.U. (B) 197/2016].

ELECTIONS (REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS) REGULATIONS 2002

NOTICE REGARDING THE PRINCIPAL ELECTORAL ROLL OF THE YEAR 2015

THAT HAS BEEN UPDATED

TAKE NOTICE that in excercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 7(b)(ii) of the

Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission has updated the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2015

which was certified and gazetted on 9 March 2016 [P.U. (B) 97/2016] and updated until 10 April 2016 and gazetted on 15 April 2016 [P.U. (B) 150/2016] to be used in the general election of the Dewan Undangan Negeri of the State of Sarawak and updated until 6 May 2016 and gazetted on 13 May 2016 [P.U. (B) 217/2016] to be used in the by-election of P. 093 Sungai Besar in the State of Selangor with the Notice of Polling

Districts and Polling Centres for the Federal and State Constituencies of the

States of Malaya which was gazetted on 29 April 2016 [P.U. (B) 197/2016].

This Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2015 has been updated until 7 May 2016.
