  1. MENURUT subperaturan 13(5) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], NOTIS diberikan bahawa penyemakan daftar-daftar pemilih tambahan bagi kawasan-kawasan pendaftaran dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual dan bagi unit-unit pendaftaran yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual hingga dan termasuk 30 September 2013 telah siap dan bahawa salinan-salinan daftar pemilih tambahan itu dibuka untuk pemeriksaan di tempat-tempat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual dan boleh diperiksa pada waktu pejabat pada mana-mana hari bekerja mulai dari 23 Oktober 2013 hingga dan termasuk 5 November 2013.   1. PURSUANT to subregulation 13(5) of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], NOTICE is given that the revision of the supplementary electoral rolls for the registration areas of the Parliamentary Constituency specified in column (1) of the Schedule and for the registration units specified in column (2) of the Schedule up to and including 30 September 2013 has been completed and that copies of the supplementary electoral rolls are open for inspection at the places specified in column (3) of the Schedule and may be inspected during office hours on any working day from 23 October 2013 up to and including 5 November 2013. Mana-mana orang yang layak untuk memasukkan namanya ke dalam daftar pemilih tambahan bagi mana-mana bahagian pilihan raya yang namanya ternyata dalam daftar pemilih tambahan itu sebelum penyemakan atau yang telah memohon untuk didaftarkan sebagai seorang pemilih dalam tempoh penyemakan (1 Julai 2013

hingga 30 September 2013) boleh, jika namanya telah ditinggalkan daripada daftar pemilih tambahan yang telah disemak itu, mengemukakan suatu tuntutan dalam

Borang B untuk memasukkan namanya ke dalam daftar pemilih tambahan yang telah disemak itu.

Borang B dan C boleh didapati di pejabat tiap-tiap Pendaftar. Borang-borang yang telah lengkap hendaklah sampai kepada Pendaftar bagi kawasan pendaftaran yang berkenaan tidak lewat daripada 6 November 2013.

NOTE

Any person qualified to have his name entered in the supplementary electoral roll of any constituency whose name appeared in such supplementary electoral roll before the revision or has applied to be registered as an elector during the revision period

(1 July 2013 to 30 September 2013) may, if his name has been omitted from the revised electoral roll, submit a claim in Form B to have his name entered in the revised supplementary electoral roll.

Suggest a correction

Any person whose name appears in the revised supplementary electoral roll for any constituency may object to the inclusion in such supplementary electoral roll of his own name or the name of any person appearing in such revised electoral roll. Such objection shall be in Form C.

Suggest a correction

Forms B and C are available at the office of every Registrar. Completed forms must reach the Registrar of the registration area concerned not later than 6 November 2013.
