Preamble

MENURUT subperaturan 13(5) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], NOTIS diberikan bahawa penyemakan daftar pemilih tambahan bagi kawasan pendaftaran dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual dan bagi unit pendaftaran yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual hingga dan termasuk 30 Jun 2017 telah siap dan bahawa salinan daftar pemilih tambahan itu dibuka untuk pemeriksaan di pejabat Pendaftar dan di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual dan boleh diperiksa pada waktu pejabat pada mana-mana hari bekerja mulai 19 Julai 2017 hingga dan termasuk 1 Ogos 2017. Preamble

PURSUANT to subregulation 13(5) of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], NOTICE is given that the revision of the supplementary electoral rolls for the registration areas of the Parliamentary Constituencies specified in column (1) of the Schedule and for the registration units specified in column

of the

Schedule up to and including 30 June 2017 has been completed and that copies of the supplementary electoral rolls are open for inspection at the office of the Registrar and at the places specified in column (3) of the Schedule and may be inspected during office hours on any working day from 19 July 2017 up to and including 1 August 2017.

CATATAN

Mana-mana orang yang telah memohon supaya didaftarkan dalam daftar pemilih tambahan dalam tempoh 1 April 2017 hingga 30 Jun 2017 bagi mana-mana kawasan pendaftaran yang baginya dia berkelayakan didaftarkan sedemikian boleh, jika namanya telah tertinggal daripada daftar pemilih tambahan itu, mengemukakan suatu tuntutan melalui Borang B kepada Pendaftar yang kepadanya dia telah membuat permohonan supaya dimasukkan namanya ke dalam daftar pemilih tambahan itu.

Seksyen 3

Borang B dan C boleh didapati di pejabat tiap-tiap Pendaftar. Borang-borang yang telah lengkap hendaklah sampai kepada Pendaftar bagi kawasan pendaftaran yang berkenaan tidak lewat daripada 1 Ogos 2017.

NOTE

Any person who has applied to be registered in the supplementary electoral roll during the period of 1 April 2017 to 30 June 2017 for any registration area for which he is qualified to be so registered may, if his name has been omitted from the supplementary electoral roll, submit a claim in Form B to the Registrar to whom he has made the application to have his name entered in the supplementary electoral roll.

Seksyen 2

Any person whose name appears in the revised supplementary electoral roll for any constituency may object to the inclusion in such supplementary electoral roll of his own name or the name of any person appearing in such revised electoral roll. Such objection shall be in Form C.

Seksyen 3

Forms B and C are available at the office of every Registrar. Completed forms must reach the

Registrar of the registration area concerned not later than 1 August 2017.
